Production Time

Each Giclée print is made to order to ensure the highest quality standards. Please allow:

∙ 3 weeks for U.S. orders

∙ 4-6 weeks for international orders

You’ll receive a tracking number once your print ships.

Shipping Costs

Most shipping costs are flat rate, however, because I use different printers for different products, some shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note orders containing multiple products may ship separately and at different times.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is custom-made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders. I encourage you to review the size, description, and preview images carefully before purchasing.

Quality Guarantee

I stand behind the quality of my work. If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a printing defect, I will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact hello@nataleemiller.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include photos of the damage or defect

3. Keep the original packaging

I’ll review your claim and send a replacement print as quickly as possible.
