HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ARTWORK?

Keep artwork out of direct sunlight and high-humidity environments. For longevity, consider professional framing with UV-protective glass. All prints are museum quality giclee, printed with lightfast inks. Original pieces may be more sensitive to light.

ARE YOUR PRINTS LIMITED EDITION?

Some prints are limited edition and numbered; others are open edition. Each product page will specify the edition type and quantity, if applicable.

On occasion I’ll re-released out of print pieces.

ARE PRINTS SIGNED?

Limited edition prints are signed (and numbered when applicable). Open edition prints are not signed unless otherwise stated.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE PRINT?

In most cases, I can do custom sizing, within the bounds of the aspect ratio.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

I currently ship within the United States. If you are located internationally, please contact me before ordering, and I’ll do what I can to make it happen!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted (such as during collection launches or pre-orders). Shipping time after dispatch depends on the carrier. Most items are printed to order to reduce waste and resources, so its worth the small wait!

Rush shipping is available upon request. please email me prior to placing your order.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?

Local pickup is available! Please contact me before placing your order, and I will give you a code to use at checkout.

HOW ARE PRINTS PACKAGED?

Prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes to ensure safe arrival. Should your package arrive damaged, please email within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?


All sales are final. Due to the nature of limited artwork and small-batch production, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact hello@nataleemiller.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include photos of the damage or defect

3. Keep the original packaging

We’ll review your claim and send a replacement print as quickly as possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production and fulfillment may already be in process.

Do you accept commissions?

I accept a limited number of commissions per season. I accept these based on alignment with my values and aesthetics, as well as my time availability. Please feel free to contact me with any proposals or inquiries.


ARE YOU OPEN TO BRAND COLLABORATIONS?

Yes. For partnerships, collaborations, or licensing inquiries, please use the contact form or email directly.

CAN I GET YOUR WORK TATTOOED ON ME?

In most cases, yes- I am flattered, however please ask. Some of my work is very personal and not meant to live on someone else. I offer tattoo tokens for the work I am comfortable sharing. Email me directly with inquiries.
